Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by M3lea ("M3lea," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
 

1. Service Agreement:

  • By engaging M3lea's services, you agree to enter into a service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Any modifications to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
     

2. Website Ownership:

  • Upon completion of the project and full payment of all fees, ownership of the website and its contents will be transferred to the client. M3lea retains the right to use the website for portfolio and promotional purposes.
     

3. Payment Terms:

  • Payment for services rendered by M3lea is due according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
     

4. Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights related to the design, development, and content of the website belong to the client upon full payment. M3lea retains the right to use pre-existing materials and tools in the development process.
     

5. Confidentiality:

  • M3lea agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential and to use them solely for the purpose of providing services. Both parties agree to refrain from disclosing confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
     

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event shall M3lea be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
     

7. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
     

8. Amendments:

  • M3lea reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
     

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein.
